This list is only a guide of the basic articles needed for our trips.
Head
o Synthetic or wool Cap
o Cap for the Sun
Upper body
o 2 t-shirts
o 2 long sleeve t-shirts (lightweight capelin, polypropylene or similar)
o 2 medium polar
o 1 thick polar, we recommend wind stopper
o 1 Breathable Waterproof jacket (Gore-Tex, sympatex or similar)
Lower body
o 1 pair long underwear (capilene or similar)
o 1 Pile of bunting pants (optional)
o 1 Breathable Waterproof pants (Gore-tex, sympatex or similar opcional)
o 1 Long polar pants
o 1 lightweight cotton pants

Hands
o 1 pair of polypropylene or capilene
Feet
o 1 pair of good hiking boots (with good support for the ankle)
o 1 pair of slippers or sandals
o 2 synthetic pairs of socks (capilene or similar)
o 1 pairs of wool socks for camping.

Personal
o Head lamp / torch and extra batteries
o Sun glasses
o Sun screen lotion SPF 29 - 1 tube
o Sun screen lip protection - 1 stick
o Mole skin, band aids, tape, throat lozenges
o Pocket knife
o Water bottles (2 ) nalgene 1 quart capacity wide mouth
o Tooth brush and tooth paste
o Disposable lighter
o Stuff sacks 2-3, assorted sizes
o Extra large strong duffel bag with lock
o Bandana (multiple uses)
o Iodine pills -1 new small bottle (for water purification)
o Personal medicine kit (in case you need them)
Sleeping gear
o Synthetic sleeping bag - comfortable - 10°C / 14°F

o 1 ½ day back pack 20 liters

o Walking sticks (adjustable preferred)

Regarding the trekking shoes, make sure to use them before beginning your trip with us, this way you will avoid problems in your feet
